-To book I REQUIRE A CARD on file to hold the appointment. No charges will be made when booking the appointment but, I have a 24 hour cancellation policy, 4 hour cancellation policy and a No call no show policy.

-24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancelled within less than a 24hr our period you will be charged 50% of the service.

-4 HOUR & NO CALL NO SHOW CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel within less than a 4hr period of the booked appointment or No Call No Show you will be charge 100% of the service.

-If more than 10 minutes late to a 15-60min appointment or 15 minutes late to a 90+min appointment you will be charge the Full service amount and asked to reschedule.

LASH REQUIREMENT:
-If you booked a fill with me but come in and decide you want a lash removal instead of the fill you WILL be charged the FULL Fill price. To avoid the cost please discuss this appointment change prior to the appointment booked. (24 hour notice would be preferred)
